SIBOeating.com was created by two friends — one navigating SIBO firsthand, the other a chef — who saw a serious gap in the support available after diagnosis.

The meal packets from practitioners were difficult to use in real life, and while there were a few recipe books out there, most weren’t practical, seasonal, or appealing. There was nowhere to go for fresh, safe, and easy-to-follow recipes that actually respected the Phase 2 Bi-Phasic Diet.

So we built the resource we wished existed.

SIBOeating.com is designed for the maintenance phase — once you're past the initial diagnosis and elimination period, and ready to start living again. Every recipe is created to follow the SIBO Phase 2 Bi-Phasic Diet and is also FODMAP-friendly. We focus on seasonal, flavorful meals that support gut health without sacrificing variety or satisfaction.

Our goal is to make it easier to eat well — and feel good doing it.
